These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of services provided by Mr. Rick's Tree Service, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), including communications by SMS or MMS. By providing your phone number to us and agreeing to receive messages, you consent to these Terms.

• By opting in, you agree to receive SMS/MMS messages from us related to services, appointments, updates, and promotions.
   
• Message frequency varies based on your interactions with us.
   
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile plan.
   
• Your consent to receive messages is not a condition of purchase.
   

• To opt out, reply “STOP” at any time. You will receive one final message confirming your opt-out. After that, no further messages will be sent unless you opt in again.

You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent/guardian to use our services and messaging program.

• Delivery of SMS/MMS messages may be affected by your carrier’s network or device compatibility. We are not responsible for delayed or undelivered messages.
   
• We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the messaging program at any time.
   

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted here with a new effective date. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
